This December there was a drawing contest! It’s called “Through a Child’s Eyes” contest. First, you have to pick a sponser, I picked the Animal Shelter. Second, you have to draw the picture but there is rules on the side of what you can or can’t do, some of the rules were don’t use pencil turn to draw the picture, only pen.Another thing you can’t have a lot of eraser marks. Also you have to put your name, teacher, grade, and School. So I won 1st place for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.They will also put your picture in the newspaper so everyone can see your drawing, next to the drawing they also say your name, grade, and school. If you win 1st place you get $40 and you pick it up at the Daily News.                                            Would you like to be in the drawing contest next year?
